SMM panel website development
I build complete SMM panel websites on PerfectPanel, Rental Panel and custom scripts: home page, service page, order form, user dashboard and sign-up, from $550 in 7–14 days. 65+ shipped since 2023, around 45 of them for the Korean market. You supply the script and hosting; you get the full editable source.
What's included
Every page a panel needs, built properly
Not a theme dropped on top of a default install. Every page the buyer touches, built to work on a phone, because most panel traffic arrives on one.
- Everything in theme design, across the whole panel
- Redesigned service page and detailed user dashboard
- Mobile speed tuning
- Korean, English or multi-language UI
- Full editable source: HTML/Twig, CSS, JS. Nothing obfuscated.
- 10 pages, 5 revisions
You supply the Perfect Panel or Rental Panel script and hosting.
Recent builds
Three markets, three completely different panels
The same script can look like anything. SNSZEN ships a Japanese UI with illustration and a light layout; DUNTAG is Thai, purple, login-led; SMM Plus is English with a blog and a full service catalogue. None of them look like the template they started from.
That is the actual work. A default PerfectPanel install looks like every other default PerfectPanel install, and panel buyers can tell. That is exactly the problem when you are trying to convince someone to deposit money with you rather than the identical panel next door.
Every one is hand-coded on Bootstrap 5+ and handed over as editable source.
Before you start
Four decisions worth getting right first
Most of what goes wrong with a new panel is decided before any design work begins. None of this costs you anything to ask me about.
-
Which script?
PerfectPanel is the safe default: widely used, well documented, and the one most providers write API integrations against. Rental Panel costs less up front and suits a first panel you are testing the market with. A custom build only makes sense when you need something the scripts genuinely cannot do.
Tell me what you plan to sell and I'll say which fits
-
Hosting, before you buy the licence
Panels are database-heavy and the order queue runs constantly. Cheap shared hosting will hold up until you have real order volume and then stop, usually at the worst moment. Get this right at the start, because migrating a live panel with active orders is far more painful than choosing well once.
Watch CPU limits and MySQL connection caps, not disk space
-
How buyers will pay you
This decides your market more than your design does. Korean buyers expect local payment and KakaoTalk support; international buyers increasingly expect crypto. I have integrated Cryptomus for crypto and ClickSend for SMS on my own platform, so these are not unfamiliar.
Decide early it affects the sign-up and order flow
-
Which language the panel speaks
A Korean panel is not an English panel with translated buttons. Line breaking, font choice, form labels and the order of information all differ, and Korean buyers notice immediately when a panel was built for someone else and retrofitted. Around 45 of my builds were Korean-market from the start.
Cheaper now than retrofitting a second language later
Process
How a build runs
- 01
You send the script and hosting
PerfectPanel, Rental Panel or a custom script, plus cPanel access. If you have not bought yet, tell me and I will say which suits what you are planning before you spend anything.
- 02
Design first, in the browser
I build the home page and order flow first so you can see the real thing early, on your own domain, rather than approving a static mockup that then changes.
- 03
Build across every page
Service page, order form, dashboard, sign-up, FAQ. Service filters, scroll animation, banners and the order popup. Hand-coded Bootstrap 5+, responsive on every screen.
- 04
Language and handover
Korean, English or multi-language UI as needed, then the full editable source: HTML and Twig, CSS, JavaScript. Nothing locked. Five revisions are included.
Pricing
$550 for a complete panel

Questions
What panel owners ask before starting
What do I need before you can start?
The panel script and hosting in place (PerfectPanel, Rental Panel or a custom script) plus your logo and brand colours. If you have a reference panel whose layout you like, send that too. That is enough to begin.
Do you supply the panel script?
No. You buy the licence directly so it stays in your name and you control it. I will tell you which script fits what you are building, but the purchase is yours.
How long does a full panel build take?
7–14 days. That is the honest range from real projects. The last several ran 9 to 13 days, and the variable is usually how quickly feedback comes back, not the build itself.
Will it work in Korean or Japanese?
Yes. Around 45 of my 65+ panels are Korean-market, and I have shipped Japanese and Thai UIs as well. That means the right fonts, the right line breaking, and layout conventions those buyers expect, not machine-translated English.
What files do I actually receive?
Full editable source: HTML and Twig templates, CSS and JavaScript. Nothing obfuscated or locked. You or any other developer can maintain it afterwards without me.
Can you copy a panel I like?
I can build a theme that matches its layout and feel using your own branding, colours and logo. I will not clone someone else’s assets outright. That is their property, and it would put your site at risk, not just mine.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Five revisions are included during the build. Afterwards, small changes fall under panel customization from $100, and most are done same day.
Will the panel rank on Google?
A build alone will not rank you. That takes deliberate SEO work, and most panel templates actively fight it. I do both, which is unusual. Build plus the 10-page SEO tier together is $690 against $780 separately.

The things people usually add
A panel that nobody can find doesn't earn, and a panel nobody wants to use doesn't either.
