How Much Does an SMM Panel Website Cost?
An SMM panel website budget has separate parts: the platform or script, the development work and ongoing operation. A small customization, a custom theme and a new application are different scopes. Compare the deliverables and recurring costs before comparing the headline price.
A quote for “an SMM panel” can mean changing a banner, redesigning four pages, or writing the application behind the entire business. Those are different jobs. The first useful step is to say which one you need.
The prices below are my current development rates. They do not represent a market average or include a third-party platform subscription.
What does each development scope cost?
| Scope | Development price | Typical delivery |
|---|---|---|
| One panel customization | $100+ | 2–3 days |
| Custom theme across four pages | $250+ | 5–7 days |
| Complete panel website across ten pages | $550+ | 7–14 days |
| Custom Laravel panel platform | $1,200–$2,000 | 3–6 weeks |
A customization suits one agreed change on a running panel. A theme project covers a coordinated interface redesign. A complete website build covers more pages and the wider customer experience. A Laravel platform includes application work beyond the theme.
These are scope-based starting points. Extra pages, integrations or unusual requirements need a quote. Delivery depends on the agreed scope and timely access and feedback.
Which costs sit outside the development fee?
Check the platform or script licence, domain, operating costs and external services separately. Payment processing, SMS and other integrations may carry their own charges.
Do not automatically add a separate hosting package to every panel budget. PerfectPanel includes hosting as part of its platform. A self-hosted script or custom application needs an appropriate hosting arrangement. For Rental Panel, confirm the actual provider and plan rather than assuming every similarly named service has the same terms.
Keep those accounts in your name. A development fee should not leave the ownership of your domain or platform account unclear.
What should the quote include?
Ask for the page list, supported devices, language requirements, exact features, revision allowance and delivery arrangements. “Order form customization” should identify the changed behaviour, not just name the page.
My pricing page lists the existing packages and payment terms. Before starting, we agree which package fits and identify anything outside it.
What source code will you receive?
For theme work, the handover covers the editable templates, CSS and JavaScript I create. It does not transfer ownership of a hosted platform’s proprietary backend. For a custom application, the source and handover scope are agreed as part of the application project. Third-party components retain their own licences.
How do you keep the first version affordable?
Start with what is necessary for the intended workflow. If one existing page needs fixing, a complete rebuild may be unnecessary. If several coordinated pages need redesigning, a theme project can be more coherent than a sequence of isolated changes.
Use a real project as a reference: SNSZEN shows website interface work; HelperSNS demonstrates a custom platform. Then send your requirements so the quote reflects the work you actually need.
