Terms and conditions

How projects run, in plain language. Most people reading this are working in a second language, so it is written to be understood rather than to sound legal. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay, not after.

Who you are contracting with

Md. Tanvirul Islam Tusher, an independent developer working from Dhaka, Bangladesh. You are hiring one person, not an agency, and the person who quotes your work is the person who builds it.

If you hire through Fiverr or Upwork instead, that platform's terms govern the order and this page does not override them.

Scope and quoting

Every project starts with a written scope: what is being built, what it costs, and the delivery date. Nothing begins before you have that in writing and have agreed to it. Prices for standard work are published on the pricing page so you can check them before contacting me.

Quotes are based on what you describe. If the work turns out to be materially different from that, I will tell you before continuing rather than after, and we agree a revised price or stop. I do not issue surprise invoices.

Payment

  • 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Work starts once the deposit clears.
  • Accepted: Payoneer (local bank transfer for KR, US, UK, EU clients)
  • Accepted: Bank wire
  • Prices are quoted in US dollars. Transfer fees on your side are yours.
  • Final files are handed over once the balance is settled.

For a custom Laravel platform, which runs 3–6 weeks, payment is split across agreed milestones rather than two halves. That is set out in the scope before you commit.

Timelines

The timeline in your scope is the working estimate, and it assumes you reply to questions within a working day or so. In practice the variable is almost never the build, it is how quickly feedback comes back. If your feedback stalls, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

If I am going to miss a date for my own reasons, you will hear it from me before the date, not after it.

Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revisions, listed on its own page and repeated here so there is no ambiguity.

  • Panel customization 1 revision 2–3 days
  • Perfect Panel theme design 3 revisions 5–7 days
  • Full panel build 5 revisions 7–14 days
  • Custom Laravel platform Agreed per milestone 3–6 weeks
  • SEO work Fixes implemented, not just listed 3–7 days

A revision means adjusting what was agreed. Asking for something that was not in the scope is new work and is quoted as such. If I misunderstood your brief, fixing that is my error and does not count against your revisions.

What you own

On final payment, the work I produce for you is yours. You receive the full editable source, with nothing locked, minified beyond normal or obfuscated, and you are free to modify it, extend it, or hand it to another developer. There is no licence fee, no renewal and no permission needed afterwards.

Two things this does not transfer: third-party components keep their own licences (a panel script you bought remains licensed from its vendor, not from me), and I keep the right to reuse generic techniques and non-identifying code patterns in later work. Your branding, content and configuration are never reused.

What you provide

  • Hosting, domain and any panel script licence. These are bought in your name, not mine.
  • Logo, brand colours and any copy or images you want used.
  • Access where the work needs it, ideally a separate account created for me.

You confirm you have the right to use anything you send me. I will not copy another site's images or copy on request. I can build something with a similar layout and feel using your own branding, but lifting another company's assets exposes you far more than it exposes me.

Access and confidentiality

Anything I see in your panel, server or codebase stays confidential and is used only to do the job. Credentials are removed at the end of the work. Create a separate admin account for me and delete it on handover. You should never share your own login, with me or with anyone.

I may show finished public-facing work in my portfolio. If you would rather I did not, say so and I will not. Anything not publicly visible on your live site is never shown without asking first.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel before work starts and the deposit is returned in full.
  • Cancel once work is underway and the deposit covers what has been done to that point. If substantially less was done than the deposit covers, I refund the difference.
  • If I cannot deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund. I would rather return money than hand over something that does not work.
  • Delivered and accepted work is not refundable, though it is still supported.

Marketplace orders are refunded through that platform's own process, because their escrow holds the funds rather than me.

After delivery

If something I built is broken on delivery, I fix it. That is not a paid job and there is no time limit on me having got it wrong in the first place.

Changes you want later, script updates that alter template structure, and new features are ordinary paid work, quoted per job. There is no retainer to sign and no subscription. Several clients simply message when something needs doing.

What I do not promise

No SEO work here comes with a ranking guarantee, and you should be wary of anyone who offers one. Technical SEO removes the reasons a search engine cannot rank you. It does not manufacture demand for what you sell. What I do commit to is measurable before-and-after on indexation, Core Web Vitals and structured data validity.

I also do not control what you use the finished site for. You are responsible for operating it lawfully, for the services you sell through it, and for complying with the rules of your payment providers, your host and any platform you connect to.

Liability

My liability for any project is limited to what you paid me for it. I am not liable for lost profit, lost orders or downstream business losses. Keep your own backups before I touch a live system, and I will take one too.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top changes when they are. The version in force for your project is the one on the day you agreed your scope. Changes here never apply retroactively to work already booked.
