Privacy policy
This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and carries no advertising. The only place it collects anything is the contact form. Everything below describes what the site actually does, not what a template says it might do.
Last updated 16 August 2026
What is collected
Only what you type into the form on the contact page: your name, your email address, the service you are asking about, an optional budget range and your message. Nothing else is requested, and nothing is inferred about you from your behaviour on the site.
There is no account system, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile stored about you.
What is not collected
- No analytics. Google Analytics and every alternative are absent from the code.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
- No advertising networks, retargeting pixels or social trackers.
- No fingerprinting, session recording or heatmaps.
- No third-party fonts. Typefaces are self-hosted, so no request leaves for them.
Your browser stores one thing locally: whether you chose light or dark mode. That stays on your device, is never transmitted, and you can clear it by clearing site data.
Who processes your message
When you submit the form, it passes through three parties before reaching me. You are entitled to know who they are.
- Cloudflare
- Serves and protects the whole site, so it processes ordinary request data such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, for delivery, caching and abuse prevention. This applies to every page, not only the form.
- My submission handler
- The form posts to a small program I wrote, running on Cloudflare Workers, which checks the submission for automated spam before passing it on. It does not store your message.
- Web3Forms
- Takes the verified submission and delivers it to my inbox. Your message and the details you entered pass through their service to reach me.
If you would rather not use the form at all, message me on Telegram, or hire through Fiverr or Upwork, where their privacy terms apply instead of mine.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in my email while a project is live, and for as long as I may need the record afterwards. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are clearly no longer going anywhere. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will.
What it is used for
Answering you, quoting your work and delivering it. That is the whole list. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing, and I do not run a mailing list, so submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and it will be actioned. There is no charge and no form to fill in beyond the one already there.
Client work
Where a project gives me access to your panel, server or codebase, anything I see there stays confidential and is used only to do the job. Access credentials are removed at the end of the work. Where possible, ask for a separate account for me rather than sharing your own login. This is covered further in the terms.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page gets updated on the same day and the date at the top changes with it.
Contact
