Custom SMM panels, built in Laravel

I build SMM panel platforms from scratch in Laravel, not themed installs of somebody else's script, for $1,200-$2,000 in 3–6 weeks. It runs on a platform I wrote and have already deployed three times, so you are not funding a first attempt. You own the source outright, with no licence fee and no renewal.

The platform

You're not paying me to learn this

The panel platform already exists. I wrote it, and it runs three deployments, each themed so differently they look like unrelated products.

helpersns.com is Korean: orange, login-led, built for buyers who expect KakaoTalk support and local payment. go2topmedia.com is English, green, marketing-led, with a blog and a full service catalogue. A third deployment ran before being retired.

Same codebase underneath all of them. That is what makes a custom panel deliverable in 3–6 weeks at this price rather than taking three months. You are buying a proven platform shaped to your requirements, not funding somebody's first attempt at writing one.

Under the hood: Cryptomus for crypto payments, ClickSend for SMS, Socialite for social login, Sanctum for API authentication, role-based admin, Excel export and PDF invoicing. All of it already working, in production.

When it's worth it

Four reasons to own the platform

If none of these apply to you, buy a script. It's faster and cheaper, and I'll say so when you ask.

  • You want to own the platform, not licence it

A bought script is somebody else’s product. You pay per year, you wait for their releases, and you cannot change what they will not change. A custom panel is yours outright: no licence, no renewal, no permission needed.

Means You hold the source and the roadmap.

  • The script will not do the thing you need

Every panel owner eventually hits a wall: a payment provider that is not supported, a pricing rule the admin cannot express, a reseller structure the script never imagined. Beyond that wall, customization stops being possible.

Means Anything you can specify can be built.

  • You are running more than one panel

Child panels, resellers, or separate brands per market. Doing that on licensed scripts means a licence and a codebase each. Doing it on one platform you own means one codebase and a theme per brand.

    Means One system, many fronts.

  • You want a genuine competitive advantage

If your panel runs the same script as everyone else, you compete on price alone. The only durable differences are service quality and what your platform can do that theirs cannot.

Means Features nobody else in your market has.

Beyond panels

It's ordinary Laravel work underneath

Panels are where the demand is, but nothing about the work is panel-specific. Data modelling, admin systems, payment and API integration, role-based access, reporting. The same skills build a marketplace, a booking system or an internal dashboard.

Breakout Viral is an AI platform for independent musicians and record labels, not a panel at all. Before freelancing I spent five years at ChefOnline shipping restaurant websites at volume on a CodeIgniter platform, and two more as a team lead at DoCommerce building commerce systems.

I'm currently technical lead at Accord Tech Solutions, which means inheriting and improving other people's codebases is routine, not something I'd be attempting for the first time on yours.

Process

How a platform gets built

  1. 01

    Scope, in writing

What it must do, what it integrates with, who administers it. This is where most of the value is decided. A week of clear thinking here saves a month of rework later.

  2. 02

    Data model first

Users, orders, services, providers, balances, referrals. Migrations and relationships before any interface, because everything downstream inherits these decisions.

  3. 03

    Admin before front-end

You will spend more hours in the admin than any customer spends on the site. It gets built first and properly, not squeezed in at the end.

  4. 04

    Integrations

Payments including crypto, SMS, social login, provider APIs. I have shipped Cryptomus, ClickSend, Socialite and Sanctum on my own platform, so these are known quantities rather than experiments on your budget.

  5. 05

    Deploy and hand over

Live on your server, with the full repository, the database structure and documentation of how it fits together. You are not locked to me afterwards.

Pricing

$1,200–$2,000, depending on scope

The range is honest rather than decorative. A panel close to what the platform already does sits at the bottom; unusual integrations or a genuinely new feature set sit at the top. You get a fixed number before any work starts.

Worth doing the maths

A licence you renew forever, or a platform you own once

Script licences recur; a custom platform doesn't. Across a few years the gap narrows considerably, and at the end of it one of them is still yours.

Questions

What people ask before commissioning one

How is a custom panel different from a PerfectPanel build?

A PerfectPanel build at $550 styles and extends a script you licence from someone else. It is fast, proven, and limited to what that script does. A custom panel is the platform itself, written in Laravel and owned by you, at $1,200–$2,000. Most people should start with the script; you move to custom when it stops being enough.

Are you building mine from zero?

No, and that is why the price and timeline work. I have a Laravel panel platform of my own that already runs three deployments. Yours starts from working, tested code and gets shaped to what you need, rather than beginning at an empty repository.

How long does it take?

3–6 weeks for a panel platform, depending on how much is genuinely new. Integrations with providers I have not worked with before are the usual variable, and I will tell you which ones look uncertain before you commit.

What does it cost to run afterwards?

Hosting, and whatever your payment providers charge. There is no licence fee and no renewal, which is the main long-term saving over a bought script, and part of why the higher up-front price often works out cheaper across a few years.

Can you work on an existing Laravel application?

Yes: upgrades, new features, integrations, or taking over a codebase somebody else left. 14 years of web development and a current role as technical lead at Accord Tech Solutions means inheriting other people's code is normal work, not a special case.

Do you only build SMM panels?

No. Panels are where the demand is, but the work is ordinary Laravel application development: admin systems, marketplaces, booking and ordering platforms, dashboards. If you can specify it, it can be built.

Do I get the source code?

Yes, all of it, along with the database structure and documentation. It is your platform. Any competent Laravel developer can pick it up afterwards, and that is deliberate.

What if I need it maintained later?

Ongoing work is quoted per job, the same as everything else here. Platforms need attention as they grow: new providers, new payment methods, admin changes as your process matures. There is no retainer to sign for that.

Also

If a custom platform is more than you need

Most panel owners should start with a licensed script. It's faster, cheaper and proven, and you can move to custom later once you know what the script won't do.

Tell me what the script won't do

That's usually the real starting point. Describe what you're stuck on and I'll tell you honestly whether a custom platform is worth it, or whether customizing what you have would do the job for a fraction of the cost.
